We work out of Wolverhampton and cover the West Midlands — Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell, Solihull and Coventry — plus Cannock in Staffordshire and Telford in Shropshire. If you're near the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming; we'd rather tell you straight than waste your time.
Do you work on both commercial and residential jobs?
Yes. We run full groundworks packages for commercial developers to programme, and we take on individual driveways, patios and garden fencing for homeowners. The same directly-employed team does both, so the standard doesn't change with the size of the job.
How much do groundworks cost in the West Midlands?
It depends almost entirely on ground conditions, access and the scope of work, so any figure quoted before a site visit is guesswork. We survey the site, assess what's actually under it, and then give you a clear itemised quote with no hidden extras. The survey and quote are free and carry no obligation.
How long does a typical job take?
A residential block paved driveway is usually a few days to a week. Commercial groundworks packages run to a programme agreed before we start. We give you a realistic timescale at quote stage and tell you early if anything on site changes it — rather than letting the date quietly slip.

Yes — we're a licensed and insured contractor with a qualified, directly-employed team, not subcontracted labour brought in per job. We're happy to provide documentation before work starts.
